The photo accompanying the article is instructive. If you associate a “Yes” vote with more left-leaning Scots, which I think is fair, then the vandalism of the “No Thanks” billboard seems in keeping with a mindset, illustrated well by the various “Occupy” movements, that promotes and encourages offenses against property.
