Public Advocate has been around since 1978 and I was hired to be Executive Director in 1981. Our first Congressional surveys were in 1984 and we have done candidate surveys in every race, primary and general in the country a few times. As president I have sent surveys in 7 states last month to every candidate and Mr. Stovall got one by certified mail signed by a representative. We plan 21 states to be surveyed this year.
